Comaneci has also been involved with a wide range of charitable organizations, including one of both the Special Olympics International Muscular Dystrophy Association Board of Directors and Laureus Sports For Good Foundation. She has also continued to help dozens charities in Romania, including those at the Nadia Comaneci Children's Hospital.
