BellamyBellamy Young was born Amy Maria Young in the month of February, 1970."1" She's an American actor, singer in the field of production, acting, and singing who is best known for her character in the role of Melody "Mellie," Grant in ABC's Scandal in 2012-2017. The actress was awarded an award in 2014, the Critics' Choice TV Award for the best actress supporting in a drama series. She was also the main character in Fox's Prodigal Son (1919-2021). Young's career in acting began with theatre. In 1997 Young made her Broadway debut as Mary in the original The Life cast. The Life.
